Booking & Rescheduling Policy

Deposit Requirement

A $75 + HST deposit is required for most appointments and must be sent via e-transfer. Until an automated system is in place, deposits will be handled manually.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Time slots are first come, first served based on when the deposit is received.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment.

  • There is a 72 hour rescheduling window—any changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Reschedules & Missed Appointments

  • If you reschedule more than once, or within 72 hours of your appointment—even in the case of an emergency—the deposit will be forfeited.

  • If a deposit was not previously paid, the $75 + HST fee must be settled before rebooking.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for new hair is due in full at the time of the order. Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds once the hair has been ordered.

Installation Appointments

Your installation appointment will be scheduled for three weeks after your hair has been ordered. While rare, shipping delays can happen and are beyond our control. If this occurs, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and we will notify you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
