Booking Requirement

  • Appointments are first come, first served and only once the deposit is sent to dianaleehair@gmail.com.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received and a confirmation has been sent to you via Square.

  • A booking may be accepted without a fee, depending on the circumstance under dianaleehair’s discretion.

  • Services under $200: $40 + hst deposit.

  • Services between $200-$510: $75 + hst deposit.

  • Services over $510: $125 + hst deposit

  • No refund on deposits or fees.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment and must be done within 4 weeks of original appointment.

  • There is a 72 hour rescheduling window—any changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Another deposit will be required if anything falls outside of the rescheduling policy.

Late Reschedules, Last Minute Cancellations/Ammendments & Missed Appointments

  • If you reschedule more than once, or within 72 hours of your appointment—even in the case of an emergency—the booking fee will be forfeited.

  • If you reschedule, cancel and amend your appointment significantly within 48 hours, 20% of the original quoted service price will need to be paid + deposit lost. If a service is still being executed, the higher price of the two will be charged.

  • If you reschedule, cancel and amend your appointment significantly within 24 hours, 40% of the original quoted service price will need to be paid + deposit lost. If a service is still being executed, the higher price of the two will be charged.

  • If a booking fee was not previously paid, the required fee must be settled before rebooking.

  • Clients who frequently reschedule, cancel, or make significant changes to appointments may no longer be eligible for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • Fees may apply to the total service cost after 10 minutes late.

  • If another client follows, only up to 20 minutes may be held before appointment is forfeited and deposit lost - a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

  • If there is no client after, a later start may still be accommodated, but late fees may still apply.

  • Please contact as soon as you know you will be running late to ensure next steps.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on any services, hair or products. If you are unhappy with any service results, please let us know — adjustments can often be made to correct or improve the outcome as much as possible.
