Deposit Requirement

  • Appointments are first come, first served and only once the deposit is sent to dianaleehair@gmail.com.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a confirmation has been sent to you via Square.

  • Services under $200: $30 + hst deposit.

  • Services over $200: $75 + hst deposit.

  • No refund on deposits or fees.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment.

  • There is a 72 hour rescheduling window—any changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Reschedules & Missed Appointments

  • If you reschedule more than once, or within 72 hours of your appointment—even in the case of an emergency—the deposit will be forfeited.

  • If a deposit was not previously paid, a fee must be settled before rebooking.

Late Arrivals

  • Fees may apply to the total service cost after 10 minutes late.

  • If another client follows, only up to 20 minutes may be held before appointment is forfeited and deposit lost - a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

  • If there is no client after, a later start may still be accommodated, but late fees may still apply.

  • Please contact as soon as you know you will be running late to ensure next steps.
